Dr Phindile Msomi is an award-winning entrepreneur, board leader and organisational effectiveness strategist with more than 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. She is the Founder of Impact & Legacy Collective, Founder and Group CEO of Hazile Group, and Principal Consultant at Acumind Consulting. Her work spans business strategy, people development, governance and sustainability.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration, an MBA and the Certified Director designation from the Institute of Directors South Africa. She serves on the Engineering Council of South Africa’s Governing Council and the board of the Water Institute of Southern Africa. Her recognitions include the 2025 Veuve Clicquot Bold Future Award and the World Food Prize Foundation’s Top Agri-Food Pioneers recognition. She established Impact & Legacy Collective to help women grow their leadership, expand their economic participation, access meaningful opportunities and build intentional legacies.

She brings a grounded, business centric perspective to the Impact Legacy Founding Circle: one shaped by years of leading institutional transformation, strengthening governance systems, and advancing sustainability performance across diverse industries.

Annie Cohen is a Business Innovation Consultant and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practitioner who helps organisations improve performance, strengthen operations and achieve sustainable growth. Her expertise spans business transformation, process improvement, strategy implementation, governance and risk mitigation.

She works with business owners, management teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions and encourage innovation and continuous improvement. Qualified in arbitration, mediation and ADR, Annie also helps businesses and individuals resolve disputes through negotiation, conciliation and constructive dialogue. She has a particular interest in supporting small and medium-sized businesses to protect their interests while preserving valuable relationships. She brings to the Founding Circle a practical perspective on business growth, collaborative problem-solving and navigating conflict with fairness and professionalism.

Key Relationship Manager | Healthcare & Corporate Wellness /Impact & Legacy Collective

Mapule Sithole is an accomplished Key Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, with more than 10 years of experience in corporate health and wellness. She specialises in building strategic client relationships, engaging stakeholders and delivering solutions that support organisational performance and employee wellbeing.

She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, combining insight into human behaviour with commercial understanding. Her work is grounded in strategic thinking, collaboration and building trusted partnerships that create lasting value. Mapule brings to the Founding Circle a perspective on wellbeing, relationship development and meaningful stakeholder engagement. Her experience supports the Collective’s commitment to helping women build connections and pursue growth with attention to their wellbeing.

Innocentia Mmule Pule

Chartered Accountant | Board Leader & Investment Strategist / Impact & Legacy Collective

Innocentia Mmule Pule is a Chartered Accountant with more than 18 years of executive leadership experience in financial services. Her career spans audit, corporate finance, risk advisory and senior finance roles at Ernst & Young and Nedbank. As Chief Financial Officer of the National Empowerment Fund, she oversaw finance, strategic planning, procurement and IT governance.

Through her consulting firm, Mwaloni Holdings, she has led infrastructure-related capital-raising projects exceeding R800 million. She serves as Chair of OneLogix and Trustee of the Volkswagen B-BBEE Initiatives Trust, where she chairs the Investment Committee. With advanced qualifications from GIBS and INSEAD, Innocentia brings to the Founding Circle expertise in finance, governance, investment oversight and capital raising—a valuable perspective on women’s economic participation and business growth.

Nompumelelo Hlela

Strategic Forums Manager | Speaker & Entrepreneur / Impact & Legacy Collective

Nompumelelo Hlela is a leader with extensive experience in local government and state-owned entities, including almost a decade in management roles at Eskom. As Strategic Forums Manager at Rand Water, she pioneered its first Women in Water Symposium, advancing women’s visibility and contribution within the sector.

A speaker, facilitator and moderator, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from UNISA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from Henley Business School and an Advanced Certificate in Business Leadership from Wits Business School. She is also the founder of Floracassion, a floral and gifting business, and a board member of Revival Outreach Ministries. Nompumelelo brings to the Founding Circle experience in stakeholder engagement, institutional leadership and entrepreneurship, alongside a strong commitment to women’s and youth empowerment.
